Trinity Community Project

We all have the right to define who we are, make our own choices, join in the things we love, contribute and share our experiences with others. At times this can be a challenge. Trinity Community Project is here to help.

We aim to encourage people to participate in a range of social activities, within the service and out in the community, which offer choice and promote skills, independence and self-confidence, while maintaining dignity and safety. We provide:

Day Service  - Available Monday to Thursday 9:30am - 2:00pm. Sessions are facilitated by staff and volunteers providing a range of activities based on individual needs and interests e.g. arts and crafts, cooking, access to IT (incl. WI-FI), aromatherapy, trips into town, live music, seated games, quizzes. Clients can choose what days they would like to attend. Self-referrals as well as referrals from professionals and carers are welcome.  A referral form can be downloaded here.

At Trinity Day Service, every day offers a welcoming, supportive environment where adults with learning disabilities can take part in meaningful activities, build friendships and develop skills.

While each day has its own theme, the heart of the service remains the same – a safe, engaging space where members can socialise, try creative activities, learn practical skills and enjoy being part of the community.
