Trinity Activites
We all have the right to define who we are, make our own choices, join in the things we love, contribute and share our experiences with others. At times this can be a challenge. Trinity Community Project is here to help.

Activities & Workshops
Please see the timetables below for more information on our afternoon activities. For more information, to arrange a trial session or book on to a course you can email the Activities Coordinator, Heather at heatherhughes@stalbansmencap.org.uk
Art Group
The weekly Art Group is hosted by Jane Reidy from local charity Guideposts Trusts. Each session will explore a different theme, covering a range of different techniques, which are designed to be accessible to all. The class takes place in the main hall, which provides a tranquil setting and plenty of light.

Cooking Club
The Cooking Club is one of our most popular groups, run by Charlotte Bradley of Hertfordshire Community Kitchen. The group is on Mondays and run in blocks, and is centred around learning to prepare and cook a 2-course meal. Members will cook, serve and enjoy the meal together each week, providing a memorable learning and sociable experience.
Dance
The Dance group is inclusive for all. An hour of fun and dancing to pop music with Amanda!

Keep Fit
The Keep Fit Class is inclusive for all, including sitting and low impact exercises. This is delivered in 6- week blocks. Please check dates with staff before attending.
Cuppa and Catch-up
Cuppa and Catch Up is a relaxed social group for members who would like to meet others, enjoy a chat, and spend time together in a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment. It’s a space to share a cuppa, talk about current events, favourite topics, and everyday interests, and build connections at your own pace. The group is led by our support worker, Roxy, who helps create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for everyone. This session runs weekly on a Tuesday from 2:30 - 3:30pm.
Member Passport
Members attending 2 or more days per week are eligible for one free special interest activity (Cooking Club not included once there is a waiting list).
If you would like to attend and are not already a registered member, please submit a referral form - either the Easy Read or the Standard version, both of which can be found below. Alternatively contact Dean Davis the Service Manager for further information.
