Join our golf day
On Friday, 21st August at Mid Herts Golf Club, we are bringing together local businesses, supporters and golf enthusiasts for a fantastic day on the course. Set in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, the event combines a great round of golf with opportunities to network, enjoy hospitality and win prizes. Most importantly, every swing helps raise vital funds to support people with learning disabilities and their families across the local community. See the Homewood Singers
On Saturday 20th June, at 7pm, the Homewood Road URC Church Choir are putting on a fun, light-weight concert as a fundraiser for St Albans Mencap. Full details are found in the poster, click the button below. I hope you can join us for this free event.

Rags to Riches
On 3rd June, we’re welcoming Tickled Pink to Trinity for a fun, and uplifting performance of Rags to Riches. The show will be packed full of music, energy, and feel-good moments, making it a brilliant outing for all ages. Come along and enjoy a joyful performance in a welcoming, inclusive setting — it’s sure to leave you smiling. This performance is for members only but please email deandavis@stalbansmencap.org.uk to register your interest and enquire about becoming a member.
Introducing "A cuppa & a catch up"
Starting on 24th February, we’re launching Cuppa and a Catch Up — a relaxed, informal get-together where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and take some time to chat, connect, and unwind. It’s a chance to meet others, share experiences, and have a breather in a supportive, friendly environment. No pressure, no agenda — just good company and a warm drink. The session starts at 2:30. Our Easter Holiday club will run for 5 days from Wednesday 1st April to Thursday 9th April at Watling View and for 4 dates at Hobbs Hill in Hemel Hempstead from Wednesday 1st April to Thursday 9th April.
