Dean Davis
Dean Davis is the Manager of our Trinity Community Project service, supporting adults with learning disabilities and other support needs to enjoy meaningful activities, develop friendships and be part of their local community.
Dean brings a varied background to the role, including previous experience working in the community and supporting people in different settings. He is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where every member feels listened to, valued and able to take part.
Since joining Trinity Community Project in November 2025, Dean has brought new ideas, energy and creativity to the service. He enjoys getting to know the people who attend TCP and encouraging members to get involved in activities and opportunities that interest them. From art and crafts, cookery and social activities to special events, visitors and new experiences, Dean is keen to make TCP an enjoyable and exciting place to be.
Dean believes in listening to the people we support and helping them to build confidence, develop their interests and make the most of their own skills and talents.

Dean is excited to continue developing Trinity Community Project alongside its members, volunteers and staff, creating new opportunities and helping to make TCP a place where everyone can feel valued, included and able to thrive.
