Trinity Community Project
We all have the right to define who we are, make our own choices, join in the things we love, contribute and share our experiences with others. At times this can be a challenge. Trinity Community Project is here to help.
The Trinity Community Project is our flagship adult service. We aim to encourage people to participate in a range of social activities, within the service and out in the community, which offer choice and promote skills, independence and self-confidence, while maintaining dignity and safety.
Social spaces - Sessions run by staff, volunteers and members providing a range of social activities based on interests; encouraging people to share with others and develop their social skills. Special events and trips are included e.g. Christmas trips, sea-side trips in the summer, cinema, travelling theatre visits, pizza making, movie screenings and more.
Groups, Courses and Workshops - Time-limited weekly sessions facilitated by people with specialist expertise aimed at developing skills and interests, increasing knowledge and understanding, developing self-exploration and coping strategies. Examples include: art, exercise, mindfulness, cookery and gardening. See the details of our activities below and click on the posters for up to date information.
