Loneliness and social isolation continue to affect many people across our communities, and we believe small acts of connection can make a big difference. By bringing people together on a regular basis, the project aims to strengthen relationships, improve wellbeing, and create opportunities for lasting friendships to develop.
The weekly sessions include refreshments, conversation, games and activities. As the project develops, we hope to expand the range of activities and services available based on the needs and interests of those attending.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported the development of the project so far, including volunteers, supporters, and local partners who share our passion for building stronger and more connected communities.
We look forward to welcoming members of the community and beginning this exciting new chapter together.
