100% Smiles: Summer Playscheme Children Share What They Love About SNAP!

We recently gathered feedback from the young people who attended our Summer Playscheme, and the results are in: 100% of the children surveyed said they enjoy coming to SNAP!

Our summer tracking showed that children made full use of the setting, with every single child engaging in play across the space.

High-energy areas were particularly popular, with 95% using the playground and courtyard garden, 85% enjoying music sessions and toys, and 80% taking part in messy play and hall activities.

The courtyard garden was a standout success this year, and our team will be looking to make even more use of this outdoor space in future sessions.

When asked about their favourite activities, cooking and playground time topped the list, with 9 out of 10 children naming them as highlight activities, closely followed by general play and music. The introduction of new recipes in cooking proved to be a real hit, and we look forward to continuing these delicious culinary projects!
