Celebrating Our 2025 SNAP Staff & Volunteer Survey Results

We’re delighted to share the results from our 2025 SNAP staff and volunteer survey.
We’re proud to report that:
- 80% of staff and volunteers were either satisfied or very satisfied with their experience at SNAP.
- 75% said they felt very well supported or extremely well supported by SNAP’s management and team.
- The most rewarding part of working at SNAP, according to respondents, is the opportunity to support and engage with children with disabilities — something that sits right at the heart of what we do.
At the same time, many shared that working with children and their behaviour can also be one of the biggest challenges. We're grateful for this honest feedback and continue to offer training and support to help staff feel confident in their roles.
We're also pleased to hear how much our staff and volunteers value:

- Working as part of a supportive, committed team
