Trinity Community Project offers day services and opportunities to people experiencing mental health issues and/or living with a learning disability.
Life Enhancers
1:1 Community Support
Life Enhancers is an opportunity for individuals who would most benefit from spending time on their own with a member of support staff or (sometimes two).
The Life Enhancers team provides community based support to adults who have difficulty accessing mainstream provision due to communication difficulties and/or behaviours that challenge.
Each session will consider activities, duration and amount of sessions dependent upon the individual, their needs and care provision. All of these things will be discussed and agreed with the individual requiring the support, the people that care for them and their professional team.
Magpie Club
Social Club
The Magpie Club, which is based at London Road Social Centre in Cell Barnes Lane, has been providing activities and outings for people with learning disabilities since 1967.
Club nights are held on Thursdays from 7.30 to 9.30pm.
