Trinity Community Project Member Survey: "Trinity Feels Like a Second Home"

Posted Tuesday 25th November 2025

ThWe’re delighted to share the results of the Autumn 2025 Member Survey — and the message from our community is clear: Trinity is a place where people feel welcome, valued, and connected.

An incredible 96% of members shared that they feel comfortable and at ease when attending our sessions, reinforcing that Trinity truly is a safe and supportive space for everyone.

Members spoke warmly of our amazing staff and volunteers, describing them as kind, accepting, and always ready with a smile — and a cup of tea. One member told us how staff “always listen and are not judgmental and make me a cup of tea which always helps” — showing just how much the little human moments matter.

We’re proud that almost everyone gets along well with fellow members and staff, with strong friendships continuing to form and flourish at Trinity. Members also expressed that they feel safe, supported, and able to speak up if they need help .Of course, we’re always looking to make the service even better. Transport difficulties and accessibility remain a challenge for some, and we’re actively working to explore better travel support and mobility improvements. Members also suggested more cakes and biscuits (a popular request!), more creative options like baking and arts, and even a fun monthly raffle — and we love that enthusiasm.

What shines through most of all is that Trinity matters deeply to so many people — for friendship, for routine, for wellbeing, and for joy. Members describe Trinity as “a reason to live and a purpose in life”, “very happy”, and simply, “everyone is brill.”

We’re so grateful to every member who shared their voice. Your feedback guides everything we do — and together, we’ll keep shaping Trinity into a place where every person feels welcome, supported, and truly part of the community.
