Snap offers holiday play schemes to young people ages between thee and nineteen years old, who have learning disabilities of varying severity. Some service users may also have physical or sensory disabilities or behaviour that is challenging. The schemes are based in local schools and provide play opportunities for over 200 young people. The schemes run during Easter, Christmas and school summer holidays in Dacorum, St. Albans / Harpenden and Welwyn Garden City / Hatfield areas.
Snap is also looking to be part of an exciting new venture 'Playlands' which will be ran in a similar way but will provide support for both parents / carers and the children after school and at the weekend.
